As an inspirational leader, I thrive on driving the achievement of objectives through creativity and collaboration. Throughout my career, I've consistently evoked positive change, going above and beyond my duties. Notably, I played a pivotal role in developing the first position/department for Hip Hop Culture at the Kennedy Center, a testament to my commitment to pushing boundaries and fostering innovation.

What sets me apart is my robust ability to employ sound judgment in dynamic environments and facilitate high-level decision-making through strategic thinking. With extensive knowledge spanning multiple artistic disciplines, I effortlessly navigate complex challenges and exceed expectations.

I research weekly themes and create lectures for The CUREiculum, ensuring a seamless production process. At Howard University, I develop curriculum and mentor students to innovate in rap performance within theatrical settings. My passion lies in merging education with music to inspire social change.

Prior to this, my experience as a Screenwriter for Jesse Collins Entertainment and an Associate Producer for BET equipped me with invaluable skills in content development and production management. With a reputation as a steadfast professional with multifaceted expertise, I'm constantly seeking opportunities to collaborate with individuals and organizations committed to growth through innovation. If you share this vision, I invite you to connect with me. Let's embark on a journey of creativity and collaboration together.
